Grape Varieties: 70% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc
Vinification: Healthy harvests of mature grapes. Fermentation in 30°C during 6 days, pumping-over 3 times a day. Post-fermentation 18 days, running-off, fermentation malolactic then put in new barrels 20 %, 1 wine 80 %.
Maturing: Aeration by microbullage with batonnage of dregs if necessary after tasting. Breeding in 25 hls wood tank. Bottling in March of 2012.
Tasting: Deep and distinguished nose, with accents of black fruits, of smoked and floral fringes. The mouth is silky with long and vibrating tannins. Beautiful control of the breeding.
