Soil: Gravels, sands
Grape varieties: 60 % Merlot, 20 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 % Cabernet Franc
Vinification: Grape harvest with good maturity, fermentation in 28°C during 11 days. Pumping-over 3 times a day, post-fermentation 12 days, running off.
Maturing: Racking every 2 months, then bottled.
Tasting: Beautiful red dress lively, very young, nose of spices, Morello cherries and fruits with pits.
The mouth is supple in attack, full and fleshy with red berries which fill the palate. Tannins are present but without excess, guaranteeing a 3-5 year old guarding.
