Tasting: This wine is "dressed" in a magnificent straw-colored dress in the golden nuances. This assemblage where enter the first feet of Chenin displays fat, smooth, a point of candied fruits and the flavors of citrus fruits which bring a touch of freshness.
If the attack is round as one pleases, it is especially the volume and the power of the mouth that surprises. We find the olfactive sensations there, with a note of grilled coffee melted well. Very long wine in mouth. Well-made wine which has all the ingredients of a “vin de garde”.
