Grape varieties:90 % Sémillon, 10 % Muscadelle
Harvesting and maturing: Harvesting by successive sortings, botrytised grapes and dried. Fermentation in tank 20 days, then settling of the juice.
Élevage: Regular racking with batonnage of the fine dregs.
Tasting: Nose of white peach, candied fruits, honey cedar. Clear, ample, dense and fat mouth, balanced with one finale alive on the fruit.
